Jonathan 'Yoni' Steingiesser is the Head of Design at Property Finder in Dubai where he divides his time between leading the design team, design strategy, customer research, and service design improvements. Yoni brings a hefty combination of technical skills, creative vision, and innovative thinking to every initiative he directs.

With over 16 years of design experience in startups, retail, tech, nonprofit, mining, government, and education sectors, Yoni has fostered a passion for design innovation and continuous improvement through operationalizing design and research practices. Yoni has advised startups in San Francisco, Dubai, Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney. He is the founder of the Human Centre Design UAE Meetup and co-organizer of Service Design Perth and UX Melbourne Meetups in Australia.

Born in Kibbutz Bror Chayil in the Negev to Brazilian parents, Yoni is a trilingual third culture kid who enjoys spending time with his family, playing football, and building communities.
